Closed on our home and Texas Premier Title owed us a refund. The President of the company, Martin Ripoll, short paid us and sent the refund check to the wrong address. We had to drive across town to pick it up and only then learned about a small discrepancy in the total we were owed. We called for clarification three times and got screened by the receptionist. They have not returned a single message. Very unprofessional and poorly run company.
As an agent, this is my go to title company. Avery is responsive, timely, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
